About Our Restaurant

The restaurant was founded in 2018. Judy, the owner, came to the United States in 2017 with a dream to own a restaurant . At the beginning, she worked in different restaurants where she learned about everything, the administration, operations, logistic, cooking and customer service. When she was ready, she told her Mom and her sister to be partners in this project. With some sacrifices she opened El Sabor, her Mom and Sister in charge of the kitchen and Judy with all the operations. All the recipes are from her Mom Delmi, but the taste of the Chicken Tamales comes from her Grandmother who taught her the secrets of the Salvadoran Cuisine.
